Importing from Palm Desktop 6.2.2 for Windows
Memos and addresses should be exported in separate CSV files with
all fields included.
Exporting memos as a CSV file
- Click the Memo icon on the left bar.
- Select the File > Export menu item.
- On the Export As dialog:
- Make sure Range > All is selected
- Select Export Type > Comma Separated
- Choose a folder and provide a name for the exported file and
press the Export button
- On the Specify Export Fields dialog, make sure all fields
are checked and press the OK button.
Exporting addresses as a CSV file
- Click the Address icon on the left bar.
- Select the File > Export menu item.
- On the Export As dialog:
- Make sure Range > All is selected
- Select Export Type > Comma Separated
- Choose a folder and provide a name for the exported file and
press the Export button
- On the Specify Export Fields dialog, make sure all fields
are checked and press the OK button.
Importing the CSV file with memos into B-Folders
- Select the File > Import Data menu item.
- Select Palm Desktop Memos CSV with all fields (4.1.4[e] and
6.2.2 for Windows) and press the OK button.
- Select the CSV file and press the Open button.
- You should see an information dialog and the memos will have been
imported into an Imported Data folder.
Importing the CSV file with addresses into B-Folders
- Select the File > Import Data menu item.
- Select Palm Desktop Addresses CSV with all fields (6.2.2 for
Windows) and press the OK button.
- Select the CSV file and press Open button.
- You should see an information dialog and the addresses will have
been
imported into an Imported Data folder.
